August 29th

Hello Parents!
We had a great first week with your children.  Every one of them is such a blessing to our class.

This Thursday the 29th is Hat Day at FLC.  Feel free to send your child to class with a special hat.  We will also be making hats on Thursday with them.

We have NO SCHOOL on Friday, August 30th.  For those of you that are Friday only, we will see you next week.

Thank you for sharing your children with us.  We will see you this Thursday!

First Week

Welcome to the first week!  We are so excited to see you tomorrow and Friday.  This week is going to be a big adjustment for these kiddos.  We will be taking it slow so that they become comfortable with us and the class.

This week our Bible verses are:
God made the world. (Genesis 1:1-13)
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth (Genesis 1:1).

Please let us know if you need anything at all.

God Bless,
Ms. Brandi and Ms. Ashley

Curious Caterpillars
Ms. Ashley and Ms. Brandi

Welcome to the Curious Caterpillar Class.  Thank you for choosing First Learning Center for this school year.  We are committed to the physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual growth your child.  We look forward to an exciting, fun-filled school year.  We want your experience to positive in every way.

Our program is Bible based.  Every week we will have activities and lessons that are based on a Biblical theme.  We will also be learning about letters, numbers, colors and shapes.

This year we will be having nap time in our class.  Please bring anything that your child might need to help him or her to fall asleep (for example: blanket, teddy bear etc.)

Please provide a lunch for your child.  We will not have the capability to heat food.  Please make sure that the food that is packed can be served cold.  Please also provide a cup for your child.

Mark every item your child brings with his/her name.

Provide a change of clothes.  Don’t forget to include underwear (if being potty trained) and socks

Potty training:  We know that this is often the time that potty training occurs.  We will do our best to continue the training that you have started at home. Please let us know if your child has any special needs in this area.

Please let us know if your child has any known allergies.

It is a privilege to work with you and your child.  We are looking forward to a great school year.  Please notify either of us if you have any questions at all.

God Bless,
Ms. Brandi and Ms. Ashley
